Flowcode 6 and Windows 8 - 8.1

Hello,
because we are planning to buy Flowcode 6 and in his Data Sheet Windows 8 and 8.1 are not present
we are not sure if all components are working on these system ( usb over all).
Someone has full test FC6 on this OS?

Hello,

Flowcode works fine under Windows 8, the only issues to look out for are installing device drivers. To do this you must disable the signature enforcement which can be a bit tricky but is documented here.

Once the specific driver is installed you should not have to repeat the process.

Other question,also this is not the right place, because i am a high school teacher (responsable for electronics software buying) before buying for
my school, can buy a single copy of FC6 at academics price for me to prepare the school activity at my home (naturally with demostration of my role)?
