Called when a tooltip graphic can be displayed with the draw image already pushed

This event is part of the Tooltip class

Parameters

HANDLE Component

The object under the mouse

FLOAT X

X size of tooltip area

FLOAT Y

Y size of tooltip area


Return value

ULONG Non-zero to claim the tooltip event
