- The Modified Julian Date to alter
- This parameter is returned back to the caller
ULONG Milliseconds
- The millisecond counter to alter
- This parameter is returned back to the caller
LONG AddDays
- The number of days to add to the date
LONG AddMs
- The number of milliseconds to add to the date
