When the Flowcode application starts, you have the option of loading an existing Flowcode file or creating a brand new flowchart.

Flowcode keeps a list of the most recently used files and these can be selected and opened by a double click. Select the 'Open an Existing Flowcode project...' option if the file you want to open is not on the recently used list.

You also have the option of opening a template to start a document with a pre-defined construction of a flowchart for quick and easy access to pre-prepared programs to expand upon. For further information on templates see the Template Selection article.
