HANDLE StreamH
- The stream that is to be read
LONG TimeUS
- The time offset to start the calculation from, in microseconds
ULONG SearchMax
- The maximum number of microseconds to scan, +ve only
ULONG MinBaud
- A minimum value to consider for the baud
- The default value for this parameter is: 1
ULONG MaxBaud
- A maximum value to consider for the baud
- The default value for this parameter is: -1

Returns calculated baud
