AT91SAM7SE-HB-SRAM progr. by FLOWCODE 6

Post by Thomas Thor »

Dears,
May I use all peripherals below board by Flowcode 6 Arm module ?

For example; I want to read quadrature encoder in 45sec. and keep the data in sram then pack and send all the data via rs232 to a pc, is it possible to this with Flowcode 6 Arm module ?

Should I need Usb programmer or Jtag programmer ?

Scheme of AT91SAM7SE-HB ==> http://www.bravekit.com/document/ATMEL_ ... ematic.pdf
Example of accessing to "sram" CY62157EV30 ==> http://www.bravekit.com/document/ATMEL_ ... _atlib.zip
Pictures of the board:

Thanks in Advance,
Thomas

Hello Thomas,

Yes that all sounds possible. If your new to the Flowcode environment then I would look through the on-line help and the beginners course to help get you started.

Thank you for your kind response.
I'm little investigate that AT91SAM7SE Microcontroller almost 7 years old Arm Core.
I dont think Atmel will produce much longer then eg.10 years.
Unfortunately, I decided to cancel my Flowcode journey with Atmel micros.
Do you have any plan for another 32 bit micro support, eg. Stm32, Pic32 etc. ?
If yes, I would love to continue on my project with Flowcode.

Hello,

Yes there are plans for additional 32-bit devices, PIC32 is likely a quick win but we also are looking at some of the newer and more powerful ARM devices.
