Activation Problem

Hi,

Cant find an appropriate place to post this - sorry

I have downloaded V6 trial and cannot for the life of me actually activate the software, I have done the following

1) Created an account
2) Activated account via email link
3) Run software as Administrator
4) Uninstalled, downloaded and Re-installed (as admin) using software from Account page
5) Tried to activate via manual option (from here http://www.matrixtsl.com/accounts/v6_ke ... 6_reg.php#)
6) Tried the above but logged on as an admin (not standard user with admin rights)

I am having the same problem as the OP.

Downloaded the trial version of V6 from Matrix website, installed it and am now stuck at the licence activation screen.

My experience with trial versions of software is that they either automatically activate, time out at the end of the trial period and THEN require a licence key, or the download process tells you how to get a limited use key.

So, what do I do?

Suggest that Matrix puts a Registration Help button on the registration key screen.
