Hi
Can you please tel me if there is an e-block available that works the same as this SRAM chip from Microchip?
"256K SPI Bus Low-Power Serial SRAM - 23K256"
I'm looking for some sample code on how to use one of these chips as a buffer with flowcode & pic16f877.

Re: Serial SRAM - 23K256
Hello,
The device looks similar to the U3 25LC640 SPI device we use on the EB013 SPI E-block. However I believe we do not fit this device as standard and I'm not sure if there have been any examples created. Should be fairly straightforward to interface using a SPI component and referring to the device datasheet.
