Ports A6 & A7 not accessible

Post by ianjoh »

Hi all
I am setting up another project with the settings based on a previous working setup driving a GLCD. I want to use ports A6 & A7 but they are grayed out as if in use as OSC1 & OSC2, I think I have disabled all usage of the external oscillator functions to release the ports for general use. Hopefully someone looking from a different angle can see where the issue is, the 1 second test is bang on.

Thanks
Ian

Hi Ian,
As a temp unofficial fix can you try the attached file?
You will need to place it in C:\ProgramData\MatrixTSL\FlowcodeV8\FCD\PIC which is hidden by default.
If file was added when Flowcode was running then flowchart will require reloading.

Hi Martin
Thank you for your reply, I have replaced the file and reloaded FC but the ports remain grayed out, would you mind having another look please.
Many thanks Ian

Did it state you already have a file with the same name and do you want to replace the file in the desination?

You are a genius Martin, my mistake was to allow FC to do an update which rolled the file back!
All good now, thank you!

Thanks Martin,

This one should be fully sorted now, found a few devices with the same problem.
