dsPiIC Windspeed and Max Wind

Hi everyone
Having problems with correct display of Windspeed and Max wind speed
Does anyone here have a suggestion for proper viewing?
At start-up, the display shows: Wind: 8.7m / s 12.5 (max)
I use the FG085 mini DDS as a Function generator!
Therefore, I expect the same figure in Wind m / s as max windspeed.
You can see in codes what to fix or suggestions for codes?
