Looking for a guide. Also how do I choose the support packages I have if FC7?

To install Flowcode v8 you will need the main installer available here:
http://www.matrixtsl.com/flowcode/download/
On that page as well there are the toolchain compilers, you will need to download and install these for every chip type you wish to download to.
