Flowcode v4.3 and compiling to chip error

Hello,
User is trying to compile a program to chip. Board is HP 488 and the driver are definitely installed ok. Software is installed on a room of about 15 computers with Windows 7 and Flowcode 4.3 and PPP v3.9. He gets an error on only 2 or 3 computers saying ' Unable to transfer the HEX file using: [INSTALLDIR]tools\PPP\PPPv3.exe -cs 2 -chip PIC16F877A -nogui "XXXXXXXXXX.hex" Check that the programmer location and options are correct.' Works fine on all the other computers but not these 3. Have tried a reinstall and repair of Flowcode and PPP. Any suggestions? or if you need more info please ask.
