LF analogue front end

Good morning all,

I'm a newbie and have just joined the forum this morning, although I have been using Flowcode occasionally over the last few years.

Has anyone out there ever used the LF analogue front end on the PIC16F639? I'm putting together a project around passive keyless entry and I'm struggling to work out how to initialise and use this block.

I have tried going through the list of examples and video tutorials and can't find anything that relates to the LF block. Am I missing it somewhere?

Any help on this would be appreciated.

Regards
Dick Miller

Hello,

I'm afraid its something I've never really had a play with. Hav eyou had a look to see if there are any Microchip application notes or code examples for the peripheral which you could use to form the basis of a Flowcode macro or custom component.

Hi,

Thanks for the reply. Yes, there is actually a reasonable amount of information available from Microchip and even some source code. Unfortunately I'm basically an RF engineer and Flowcode is about as close as I get to any software. As such, the Microchip source code leaves me somewhat perplexed!

Anyway, thanks again for the reply. Guess I'll just have to keep banging my head against the brick wall until I make it work. Assuming I'm successful then I'll post some notes for anyone who needs to use the LF front end in future.

Cheers,
Dick
