Wiznet WIZ850io module

Hi,
I have used the Wiz810MJ Ethernet Offload Module on an in-house PCB and, with the additional macros Ben wrote for the component last year, this has worked well. There have been one or two minor issues that are attributable to the module itself, but these have been worked around in software/hardware.
My requirement has now developed for more than 4 sockets which is the W5100 chip's limit. Wiznet supplies the Wiz850io module using the W5500 chip. This has 8 sockets, as well as a few other advantages, e.g. much smaller footprint, price, SPI buss only, etc. The main differences between the 810 and 850 modules seem to be the register sizes/addressing.
I've entertained the idea of trying to build a new component using Dave Johnson's tutorial, but came up rather short. It looks (to the untrained eye) as if the WIZ810Mj component can be readily adapted to cater for the WIZ850io module, too. Would you guys at Matrix consider adapting the existing component or creating a new component for this module, at some time in the future?
Kind regards.
Leo
