Hi all,

I started with the Flowcode V7 30 day trial some time last month and was very satisfied with it, so I purchased a license for it. My account online does reflect that the license has been successfully added to my account, and am able to view its details. Once the 30 days were consumed, I tried to activate the license in flowcode but received the following:

Activation failed
Please contact technical support.
Error code V0W000007e5Nv

When I try clicking on Manual Activation, the icon at the top left is GREEN, and says, "This copy of Flowcode is activated to: License version: Standard version. 1 users can use Flowcode on the same network. You are licensed to use Flowcode for personal use only." As if the license has already been activated. Yet whenever I launch Flowcode, I am still prompted to either use the limited Free version, the 30 Day Trial (which I can't anymore), or Activate my license (which I can't).

When I went to my online account to try and download the license for manual activation, after I click "GET LICENSE", there is no text in the Activation Key field, other than:
=====Start key=====

=====End key=====

When I try to download the .key file, the webpage is stuck loading, or I get an Error 504 Gateway Time-Out.

I have also added Flowcode as an exception to my firewall, but that has not helped.

Any and all prompt help is greatly appreciated.

Hi! It might be because of your low post count, it should clear after couple posts. What version of Flowcode are you running? 7.xx?

I'm currently running Flowcode version 7.3.0.5.
