Hi

I am trying to get asp8266 to work with flowcode , i have Node MCU installed on it will this work
with flowcode component , and if not which firmware should i flash for it to work ?

Hi Alan,

We use the module with the vanilla firmware that comes on the module. Not sure about the Node MCU firmware as I haven't tried it. Maybe worth a go if it supports the same serial command interface as the vanilla firmware.

Hi Benj

Node MCU in my opinion is the most advanced firmware for esp8266 it supports
I2c, SPI, ADC , and a lot more you can even have a custom build of the firmware

But yes i will flash Vanilla Firmware and see how it goes
