Purchased V7 Pro but still shows Standard

Post by SHORTCIRCUIT »

Hi
I purchased V7 Professional Upgrade with all the chippacs I had previously.
Flowcode still shows standard version and on the bottom trial days left 30days.
I went thru the matrix activation on line and manual activation on the program.
Please advise!

Hello,

I believe it will work like this.

Once the 30-day trial is activated it is the default for 30 days assuming there is an internet connection available when starting the application. The 30 day trial has everything included but states Standard rather than professional.

When the 30 day trial expires it will default to the licensed version or to the free version if no license has been applied.

You can test this by disconnecting your internet connection from your computer, then launching Flowcode and it should default to your license and correctly show your professional status.

I hope this helps to explain things, when the 30 day trial expires it should all work as expected. If not then please shout and we will investigate for you.

Hi Benj
Thank you for the reply!
I tested and it operated just as you outlined. I reconnected the internet and it went back to trial.
All is good.
