ICD3 and FC7

I want to set up ICD 3 in FC7.
what is in "location"?
what is written in the "parameter"?

You should also be able to use the "ipecmd.exe" tool to program the ICD3, but I don't know the correct command line parameters.

I have MPLAB v3.35 installed.
The IPE window does not start.

Hi. Could it possibly be that your path has 'V3.30' and you have V3.35 installed.

When I start the programmer manually following is specified as the destination.
"C:\Program Files (x86)\Microchip\MPLABX\v3.35\sys\java\jre1.8.0_91\bin\javaw.exe" -jar "C:\Program Files (x86)\Microchip\MPLABX\v3.35/mplab_ipe/ipe.jar"


Running in:
"C:\Program Files (x86)\Microchip\MPLABX\v3.35\sys\java\jre1.8.0_91\bin"

without parameters
