Adding additional features

I have taken the plunge and purchased V7. After successfully installing and registering I found that I needed an additional; feature (comms pack b) so I can use the GPS component.

Unfortunately, when I login and click on "add additional features" I'm directed onto the page where originally entered my license key. If I enter my key I get the truthful but unhelpful message that this has already been consumed and try as I might, I cant find a way around this dead end so I can purchase comms pack B.

Any ideas gratefully recieved
