v5 -- > v6 code upgrade switch problem

Example two equal program in v5 an v6 Flowcode version. Programm created in v5 and load v6. Some component is working diferently. Why the two programs do not work the same way?
Switch is working reverse. (UP is DOWN! ON is OFF! 1 is 0? ) --> ok rotate it and programing invert mode. :-( Difficult, so many project upgrade is impossible.
WaitUntilLow function working invert, not work fairly.
Why? How to repair this? I can help in correcting this problem?
Just testing in the simulator.
( I am now in touch tester. :( )
