Hello
I downloaded the V6.0.9 Flowcode program, but no installs.
Error message:
"The installation package could not be opened. Contact the application vendor to verify that this is a valid Windows Installer package to package." Win XP SP3 operating system.

Hi Guys,
It may that you downloaded at bit too soon from when it was first started to be uploaded.
I did the update at 1820 and have had no problems with downloading or installing:
Flowcode V6.0.9.png

My windows version is 64bit win 7.

Perhaps you can check for updates again, and download the new version.

Could you check the file length? It should be 195364484 bytes. If the file is smaller you probably downloaded it while it had not yet been fully uploaded.

I confer what Martin has posted, I've just downloaded and it installed all ok.
Sounds like it hadn't finished uploading.
1 in 10 people understand binary, the other one doesn't !

Good morning Matrix people! Doing update to version 9 and 10 last night, I lost my lisences and from prof use I now have home edition. Finally it was downgrade... Is there any soloution to that?

Hi Sakis,

After installing the update, did you try to activate (again)? That should solve your problem.

Hi Jac!
I tryied but I don't have the activation passwords only the purschacing password and when I try to create a new one it says that this pwd has consumed.

Hi Sakis,

You should have a user name and password that enables you to log on to http://www.matrixtsl.com/accounts/login.php. That combination is required for activation.
