When I change the chip configuaration word(s) (buidl->Project options-> tab configuartion) just by clicking OK and then save the Flowcode. Then after opening the same flowcode the cofigutaions word is lost.
What to do?

I use the 16F1847. But also 16F1939. I change e.g. to the internal oscillator, Power up enabled and MCLR disabled.
In the mean time I found the error. The settings are saved correctly. And opening again the flowcode shows the correct configuaration words, but the wrong setting. In my example I saved with internal oscillator, which has bit <2-0> 100 (hex. 4) which you see the 0x984 is correct, but the scheme below does not corresponds with this loaded configuration word. Kind regards
