Take a look at attached flowchart and see if you can follow how it works.

logic I understood control 1-2-4-8-16-32-64-128 bit
this problem
step
1. button open 1.LEDs opened
2.button open 2.led Remained closed
What kind of logic
LEDs and buttons are independent
