Can I use keypad macro pull-up pull-down changes in Flowcode5?
Or
Can I change Anode type and Cathode type of 7-segment?

No the keypad component requires a specific wiring configuration to work correctly. You could create your own macros to handle a different type of Keypad.
Can I change Anode type and Cathode type of 7-segment?
Yes the component properties on the single 7seg allow you to do this.
