Web Server component improvement

Hello devs!,
Could it be possible to add a small import button on each and every page of the web server component?
Then a file selection dialog would pop up and you could select an html file.
Software would then get the html code contained in the html selected file and add it in the selected webpage code.
Question : Why 4 pages only?
Can the Web server component be made in a way that would not be board dependant?
eg work with Olimex PIC-WEB REV.C?
