Flowcode AVR and ICD HP299

Hello,
I want to debug on a card ( http://www.wvshare.com/product/STK128-Premium.htm ) with a ATmega128.
Is the ICD HP299 is compatible with, and can I put breakpoint in my flowcode prog and debug with ICD mode ?
Is it possible to use ICDmode of flowcode with a atmel JTAG ?
I have already a JTAG MKII for Atmel, but if i need, i will also buy a ICD HP299, because i have a pb with a prog and i'd like to debug it, but i need to put breakpoint.
