In simulation it would be verry handy to have an overview of the state of inputs and outputs.

I think of a picture of the processor with all ports on it and lights on if a input or output is active high and lights off when input or output is active low.

It would be something like a logic analiser in the simulation.

Perhaps with as extra info the value of a port in DEC, HEX of BIN.

Many thanks for the suggestion. Maybe adding some kind of peripheral usage would also be good i.e. which timers are being used etc.
