I have a big problem.
I have ordered flowcode 4
The payment has been made.
But no payment confirmation and no shipping confirmations. Except a message from Worldpay.
I have been waiting for more than ten days and not received anything.
I have written several mails, but still I have not received any response from them.
Question has anyone had similar experiences?
How do you get the Attention of the Schipping department of Matrix multimedia?

I have ordered several times and never had any problem with Matrix.

You can try also to Psend a private message to any moderator and ask him to contact with orders department, I am sure they will help.
