Hi,
I am using the V3 development board. When i plug in the PIC and give autodetect, the inbuilt pic 16C745 is getting heated and i am getting the error "Firm Ware=4,13 volt not available,Board IDval=46". Is there any problem with the hardware? Please help me..

Re: V3 Baord- the Inbuit Pic 16C745 getting heated
Hello
Do you mean the 18F2455 USB chip or is it your own PICmicro device that is overheating?

Thanks Benj for your response.. Sorry for the late reply,
I am talking about the USB pic but the chip number is 16C745 and not 18F2455. I tried with a brand new pic 16f877A which i need to get it programmed...When i click AutoDetect , it is giving me the error
Firm Ware=4,13 volt not available,Board IDval=46"
Continue anyway?
and if click 'OK' LED1 is blinking till i give OK.. Could you please help me asap... this is very urgent for me since my project time lines are nearing...
