I2C and UV_IT

I'm not used to I2C. I have ordered a UV light sensor which uses I2C. The command word of the sensor if given in the figure. I do not know what UV_IT is ? In the rest of the datasheet it is not mentioned. Perhaps someting whihc is part of the I2C?
