EB017 protcetive coating

A while ago i purchased some of the above circuit boards they had a blue rubber like coating on the back of them

What is it ?, What are it's properties (IE Electrical insulator, Diesel oil proof etc ?)
Where can i get if from ?

Hi Steve,

I think the material was likely a solder resist layer for use with a solder bath.

This may be the type of stuff you are looking for.
