ECIO library Kicad or Eagle

Does anyone have an Eagle or Kicad library for the ECIO28 or ECIO40 ?

Not familiar with those programs. is it possible to edit the library files?

The ECIO is a Matrix Multimedia custom device, so Im not sure if it will occure as an entry in those programs.
Though they use the 18F4455 and 18F24FF so I would think you could maybe the basic chip and customise it if nessesary.

There are several tuturials on you tube that are quite good. It's quite easy to make up have done one or two myself


or you could just pick the blank 28 or 40 pin IC holder and use that and label the nets to the pin names

here is one i made .

please let me know if there is a mistake and i will try and correct it.

There is one of my lcd display file in there too somehow but i don't know how to delete it
