The One-Wire component has been done, but it was slightly too late to include it in the official v4.0 release. It will be made part of the v4.1 release that is due in a few months time, along with the VNET functionality and foreign language support (this will be a free upgrade for v4.0 customers).
We might be able to provide the One-Wire component immediately if you are desparate for it, although you will need to be using the "pro" version of Flowcode v4 to be able to use it.
