stepper motor not running correctly

Hi Friends,
My recent project is drawcord cutter and please find attached Flowcode.
im using SANYO driver and related motor can find below link

that controller has pulse input and in my flowcode im using C0 pin for that and it is high for 1ms and low for 2ms.
the problem is cutting pcs are not equal.
i was done the inspection on mechanical parts and it seems ok.
