Hi nnnnff,
Can you make a backup copy and replace:
PIC_ADC_18.c thats in
C:\Program Files (x86)\Matrix Multimedia\Flowcode V4\Components (If 64 bit windows)
or
C:\Program Files\Matrix Multimedia\Flowcode V4\Components (If 32 bit windows.)
With the attached file.
I have not had time to properly investigate so the attached file in not a real fix, more like a bit of a bodge!
Hope it works for you.
If I get more Time I will see if I can find out what is causing the issue

No problem.
Did it work?
Not got a 16F1939 to test with.
