temperature reading help!!

Post by nightout »

hi everyone, I'm from France and working actually on a project that enquired Miac and Flowcode...
The problem is I don't know how to program MIAC to show the temperature in function of the thermistance that I've chosen...
the thermistance name and caracteristics: CTN 10K
Spécifications
résistance nom.: 10 kohm
B-constant (±7%): 4100°K
courant max. admissible: 30mA
constante de dissipation thermique: 6mW/°C
constante de dissipation thermique: 15sec.
dimensions: Ø=5mm

so I think I need to use function Cacul in flowcode to make it happen?? any idea?? I'm confused and dispair!!

these are some values that I made

so I guess Miac will read the tension...but the tension read must be Convert to analogy and display in temperature number please!! help!!

I did but it doesn't help!! I need it to read the tension deliver by the thermistance then convert it in binary to finally display it in real temperature!!

Hello,

I normally use a excel spreadsheet to generate a look up table and then use that data inside the microcontroller Flowcode program.

Hello,

You could use the example program located here to show you how look up tables work in Flowcode.

Let us know how you get on.
