You can create a Bootloader to program your hardware via the serial UART using the PIC TINY bootloader.

Programming via USB then you can always use the Microchip USB bootloader and then load on your Flowcode programs via the pdfsusb software.
USB functionality in Flowcode is on its way so a usable USB Bootloader maybe included with this.
