Helo!

I have some problem, with HP488 (v3) devboard under vista.
Vista recognise the hardware, and I can install the driver too, wheb I connect tha board, I hear the standard vista sound, witch means USB device connected.
But when I start PPP (newest) it said "USB not connected".

Undex WinXP works perfect.

How can I workaround this problem?

Thnaks for help.

Hello

Yes this is a Vista problem. Fortunatley there is a work around.

Right click on Computer and goto properties.

Click On Device manager.

Goto Unversal Seral Bus Devices and double click it to open the contents.

Double click on the Matrix USB Development Board.

Click on the Power management tab.

Untick the box that says "Allow this device to be powered down"

Click OK and the development board should now be working correctly again.
