Hi everyone
I was wondering if Ghost could be used to monitor a targeted micro mounted on an application PCB.
Actually, I have this problem with an application that includes an ATM90E32 energy monitor and a P16F18877.
To follow the measurements that provide the ATM90E32 to PIC through SPI, I have attached an LCD display on PIC. This LCD is used just for the calibration process.
On the production PCBs, the LCD display won't be included.
In BL0080 board, from what I understand, Ghost micro retrieves data from the target P16F18877 through a bus. What is this bus? SPI? I2C?
Could this bus attached to the application PCB?
Ghost could be a great aid in this direction as it could abolish the need for displays.
I'm pretty sure that it can do this work by some way.
Thanks

Re: Ghost to application PCB
Hello,
Ghost ICD uses two pins to communicate with the target device. Ghost ICT simply has analogue / digital pins connected to the pins on the microcontroller to be able to read the circuit voltages.
We sell a product called Flowkit which allows you to use Ghost on 3rd party boards.

Re: Ghost to application PCB
Hi Ben
Thanks for the reply. Flowkit looks pretty good and inexpensive.
Few questions:
Is it compatible with Flowcode v7?
It could be used, except PIC, with an STM32 ARM micro?
Thanks

Re: Ghost to application PCB
Hello Fotios,
Yes I think it is compatible with both v7 and the ST-ARM micros.
