In some cases the Formula Flowcode Micromouse chassis will come with loose battery terminals. This will cause the Micro mouse to either not power on at all or reset mid operation.

To solve this problem simple open the battery compartments and use a small flat head screwdriver to bend up the battery terminals.

Hi,

I too had problems with a loose battery, but as noted, I bent the terminal out a bit to get a better spring action.

I have used this type of chassis before, and you also have to watch out for the joining steel wire (between the 2 battery packs) as it wasn't soldered to the battery contacts in the past. The wire jammed against the contacts, so could come loose.

I left my Formula Buggy at work over the weekend - duh! Looking forward to programming it tomorrow!
