Hi,
I was wondering if anyone could point me to a spare analogue input on the formula flowcode buggy. And also how to access it within flowcode. Are there complete schematics for the buggy anywhere?

I have not got the buggy myself, so i'm no authority on it at all.

I've had a look and all the analogue capable pins seem to be directly connected to other circuitry.

I have seen that page, but the 'schematics' PDF is not a full schematic of the buggy, its more a few simple circuit diagrams showing some of the main features.

Do you know if there are any spare digital I/O pins on the buggy?
Also the documentation says that the buggy can be expanded using E blocks and the 9 way D type connector. Do you have the pin out for this connector?
Basically I want to add a temperature sensor to the buggy. Ideally onto an analogue pin, but if none available then a simple temp high/temp low, through a digital input pin and external circuit.

You can interface DHT-11 with buggy which will not need to be interfaced in analog pin rather any I/O pin is fine for that. But Ben can confirm you whether you have any pin spare or not!Basically I want to add a temperature sensor to the buggy. I believe this figure will help you in finding whether any pin spare or not...It seems PORTD is connected to DB9 for EBlock interface which I guess can be used to interface any external sensor easily if not restricted in boot-loader.

Hello,
The 8 PortD pins are connected to the 8-LEDs and also the 9-way D-type which is E-block compatible. These pins can be used for your own applications as long as the pull down provided by the LEDs does not cause any problems (which they shouldn't).
