Here the microcontroller’s VDD is 3.3V, so maximum Mosfet Gate voltage (Vgs) will be < 3.3V, which is not sufficient to turn-on IRFZ34 fully. ( to turn-on IRFZ34 Vgs must be > 10V) You may try any "Logic level gate Mosfets" like "NTP60N06L" from ONSEMI. Any Gate voltage above 2.5V will turn-on these...
