Hello, Nextion and 4D are good options for creating HMI with Arduino. Another option would be the STM32 Discovery boards, some of which come with touchscreens (STM32F469NI, STM32F746NG) and are nicely priced. Not strictly an Arduino though. just i search it via google , your say the nextion display...
