The other issue is, I have charged all the buggies as advised by Liam, however when they are taken off the cables the buggies do not turn on. The percentage of charge shows 80% to 9...

Hi,

I have recently bought Formula AllCode buggy, however it does not appear on my PC, therefore I cannot pair the two together. Also, I am hoping to use the Buggy with Scratch.
