I dind't explain right,i mean with usb serial mode,how you select the baude rate?

hello, I'm trying to config serial interface with flowcode 6, but i can't find were you can chose baudrate. I guess that is standard 9600.
somebody link with labview 2013?

There is an issue with delay fuction and interruptions.
please find attach this program, works well on simulation, but in hardware stop in delay 100ms.
if you take out 100ms delay in main program works well.
I hope you can fix, because delay fuction is very useful.

readings 0 to 1023:
5V = 15
0V= 0
2,5V=511

I try 4 new ECIO40:
first: 2,5V=511
second: 304 all the time (0V;2,5V;5V)
third: flowcode can't detected
four: same than first 2,5V=511
