FC8 Application Doesn't Run Properly

Hi, everyone. I'm hoping someone might have either had this issue and fixed it, or might just have some ideas of what I can try to fix it? I have windows10 on a Dell notebook. It is company administered, however I do have local admin rights on it (one of the lucky few :P ). I had installed FC8 and i...

Unable to Change Compiler Parameters

Hi, has anyone experienced this issue? I'm using FC v6.1.2 with AVR & PIC chip packs and full version. I'm trying to compile a program to an Ethernet Arduino and am finding that the baudrate by default is 57600, when I upload the process fails. I've tried a few things but what appears to semi-fix th...

Re: Not Able to Compile to Arduino

Hello. This looks lie an issue with the install - this has since been fixed and the installer is online - if you reinstall Flowcode from the current online version (you may have to uninstall the previous version) this should be sorted. The wrong batch file had been added to the install. Alternative...

Re: Not Able to Compile to Arduino

Hi All, I think I'm getting the same type of error as Dazz. I have uninstalled v6 and redownloaded and installed about 8 hours ago (I assume it's the latest installer). When compliing to the "Eleven" (Uno R3 equiv) the compiler returned this error; "everdude.exe: usbdev_open(): did not find any USB ...

Hi Acestu, good idea. Here is the error I get when using the default compiler settings.

Not Able to Compile to Arduino

Hi, I have tried to follow the instructions that I used in v5 to be able to program my Arduino boards but am not having any joy in v6. I have a Freetronics EtherTen (ethernt equivalent) board and a Freetronics Eleven (uno R3 equivalent) board. Is there a new set of instructions available for v6? PS ...

Re: GUIDE: Arduino programming via USB

Hi David, is the process of configuring Flowcode v6 to compile to Arduino still as outlined here? Or have you updated v6 to not need these manual settings?

Thanks, Steve

Custom Objects

Hi, just wondering if there is a location to find custom objects? In particular I'm looking for a rotary switch, in my case I need a 6way (but would assume if one exists that it will be select-able). I realize I can simulate it using a switch array, but it really isn't the best way as I need to turn...

Re: Unable to Compile to Freetronics (brand) Ethernet Arduin

Thanks Dazz, I downloaded the etherten fcd file you supplied, installed it and all good now (didn't make any other changes and speed was set to 115200)....... :D

Out of interest do you have any idea how the fcd file has fixed the problem?

Unable to Compile to Freetronics (brand) Ethernet Arduino

Hi, can anyone please help with debugging what I'm doing incorrectly? I have purchased a Freetronics http://www.freetronics.com/collections/ethernet/products/etherten#.ULXZm-TqkZk Arduino. The steps I have done so far; 1. Installed supplied Arduino software 2. Installed the supplied Freetronics driv...

Re: USB programming to Arduino Mega 2560 R2 Issue

Hi David, yes and I've copied the library file into the specified directory.

I'll go thru the instructions again if you think it worthwhile, I suppose I was drawn to this post as I'm getting the exact same error message. But I don't understand what finally fixed the issue for Hans?

Re: USB programming to Arduino Mega 2560 R2 Issue

Hi, the last post of this discussion string seems to indicate a fix to the problem of not being able to program an Arduino, although I have an Ethernet version my issue appears similar and like Hans have tried the previous postings. The last post that Hans left seems to infer that he resolved his is...
