Servo with arduino uno

I'm stuck trying to get a servo to work on my uno, the error says if my program contains C. Works fine on the mega adk board but not the uno. I've tried all different pin outs with no joy

Re: Free V5 and the Arduino UNO

Check the avrdude has closed before running, ctrl alt del and check running programs, if avrdude is running, force close and try again.

Re: PIC18F4520 and RC5

Thanks spanish_dude, I've been doing some research on IR protocol and see there are many more than just the RC5. do you know if flowcode is capable of producing any other IR protocol like sony, samsung or NEC?

Hi, with the RC5 comand it states in the help part that it opperates on the 36khz, can I use other ir receivers like ones at 38khz or is it only for the 36khz ones?

Re: Flowing RGB LED example

Have made an example for people who have the home /student version with no RGB complile feature using PWM. The chip is using an arduino mega adk but can be change for any chip. led pins are 13,11,4 (not sure why if anyone can tell me how to know what my PWM pins are on my arduino) again the delay ma...

Re: Flowing RGB LED example

Thanks Benj this is just what I needed. have bodged up a file to give a rainbow from the RGB led. I'm sure it's to long winded but it works to a sort. Delay macro is the speed of the glow and delay2 is the pause at the end of each colour. It starts blue to go to white but after the 1st round it all ...

Re: Flowcode version differences

Thanks guys, the forum is worth the money on it's own. the question about sending the flowcode for someone to compile was more out of interest in how much my home version is capable of more than anything else. This is something i will be investing in as the time saved using flowcode will pay for it ...

Re: Flowcode version differences

I've some questions, I have the home v5 and see that you can make up the flowcode file for all components but am I right thinking that I can only compile the basic components? If I was to write the flowcode file using componets from the pro version could I send it to someone with a pro licence to co...

Flowing RGB LED example

Hi guys, anyone done a flowing RGB LED example? changing through all colours to white in a glowing type pattern? I've started one but didn't realise how long it would take to get a nice flowing one.

Re: Free V5 and the Arduino UNO

after many many hours of no joy I've at last programmed my arduino mega adk. I have to use my avr dragon programmer connected to the arduino by the isp header. Thanks, I've got an avrdragon programmer somewhere in my house I've never used, this should work shouldn't it? never used it. I've only used avr and arduino's very little as I'm mainly a pic person.

Re: Using Arduino Hardware with Flowcode for AVR

Hi daz, can't figure our how to start a new post in v5. the error is in the programming stage, just can't get flowcode to recognise the arduino. I'm using flowcode v5 and an arduino mega adk. I've tried many different settings now and at one point I managed to almost work but the avrdude kept timing...
